- All Purchases can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging, and ensure that all articles in the package are intact. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

   If there is a defect of any kind with your purchase when it arrives send me a message immediately and I will either replace the item or send you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You must email or message me a zoomed out well lit picture or pictures showing the problem/defect when submitting the request to me.Note: Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Fast Refund

Send the returned purchase in its original packaging with product tag back to my return center. I will issue you a refund to your original payment method within 2-4 business days of when the item is received.

Exchange policy

Contact me if you wish to exchange a product. You will need to return your purchase to me, when I receive it I will order your new item and send you the tracking for the new item in our messages.

Order Cancellation

I accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. I cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out, but can refund it if it is sent back to me within 14 days of delivery.
